Teachers at Seeds of Wonder work collaboratively with each other and program administrators to design, customize, and evaluate the programs and curricula. The goal every day is to best serve the students and the families who entrust us with the care and education of their children.
All staff and admins work within an inverted org structure that fosters an ethos of support and community versus hierarchy. At Seeds of Wonder, teachers are appreciated for the skills they bring, while at the same time afforded mentorships and professional development opportunities for growth.
